Salvus24 helps businesses keep track of customer feedback, respond with care and identify repeated problems before a handful of reviews becomes a bigger reputation issue.
A fast, respectful response matters. So does understanding why the same complaint keeps appearing, which issues require escalation and whether your changes are improving the experience.
Review management combines day-to-day attention with a consistent process. The goal is not to make every review positive. It is to make sure feedback is seen, handled fairly and used to improve the customer experience.
Organize new feedback, flag urgent issues and prioritize what needs a human response.
Prepare personalized, professional drafts for the business to review and approve.
Summarize repeated themes, response activity and customer-experience opportunities.
Choose the response volume that fits your location. Every package is scoped to one business location, with agreed platforms, business hours and approval steps confirmed during onboarding.
All prices are in CAD per month, before applicable taxes, for one location. Response allowances are monthly limits, not guaranteed usage. Platform coverage, checking frequency, business hours, response-count rules, turnaround, and publishing permissions are confirmed in writing before service begins. Crisis response, legal advice, content-removal cases, additional locations and work beyond the package scope are quoted separately. No review removal, rating increase or business outcome is guaranteed.
The exact platforms and response workflow are confirmed during onboarding. Publishing stays under the client's approval unless a different written authorization is agreed.
Gather available review information from agreed platforms and sources.
Separate service feedback, urgent safety concerns, suspected abuse and disputed claims.
Respond with empathy, relevant facts and a suitable path to resolution.
Review response coverage, themes and follow-up actions over time.
Agreed platform checks, review triage and escalation for sensitive cases.
Individualized drafts that reflect your policies, tone and the facts of the situation.
Rating movement, review volume, common topics, response coverage and recommended fixes where data is available.
We do not buy or fabricate reviews, incentivize undisclosed reviews, coordinate fake reports, or promise to erase genuine criticism. Where a review appears to violate a platform's rules, we can help document the concern and prepare a policy-based appeal. Platform decisions remain outside our control.
We can help assess whether content appears to violate a platform's published rules and prepare a documented appeal. We cannot guarantee removal, and a review should not be challenged simply because it is negative.
Response approval and account permissions are agreed in writing. This website does not connect to Google Business Profile, Facebook or other review platforms, and no reply is published automatically through this page.
Hospitality, restaurants, local services, healthcare-adjacent businesses, retailers and other customer-facing organizations can benefit when public reviews are part of how customers choose them. Scope depends on platforms, review volume and operational needs.
No. Ratings depend on real customer experiences, platform rules and factors outside our control. We focus on consistent response practices, useful insight and helping the business address recurring issues.
We will discuss your platforms, review volume, approval needs and reporting expectations before proposing a scope.
